Civil War Star Hat Device dug in Dalton, Georgia. This Civil War Star Hat Device is with solder mark from attachment pin or loop. This is an excellent example of a civil war relic often seen in images on Confederate Slouch Hats. Solid with no bends or repairs. It could be used today on a hat with pin added.
